We process your personal data to provide price estimates, match your request with verified independent Service Professionals, coordinate appointments, issue booking confirmations and digital receipts or invoices, provide customer and warranty support, and maintain platform safety and service quality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or send unsolicited marketing messages.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
To fulfill your booking, we share relevant job details and your contact information with the independent Service Professional assigned to your request. We may also share necessary data with trusted infrastructure, messaging, and payment processors strictly to operate the platform, or with Malaysian regulatory and law-enforcement authorities when required by law.
4. Cookies & Advertising Measurement
Our website uses essential session cookies to maintain your booking draft and chat session, as well as analytics and advertising conversion tags (such as Google Ads conversion measurement) to understand how visitors reach our platform and complete bookings. You may manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.
5. Data Security & Retention
We protect your personal data using encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access-controlled cloud storage. Uploaded job photos are sanitized before storage. We retain booking and transaction records only for as long as necessary to fulfill your service, honor our 30-day workmanship warranty, and comply with Malaysian tax and legal obligations.
